    5 star review  Our property was on the market for more than six months. The agent was a high profile nation wide company. Cham from Team Estate agents approached us with a promise of selling it within thirty days. We were a bit sceptical however we went with them as we were fed up with our existing so called high profile company. Cham brought us a written contract within a week which went unconditional in about 16 days and settlement was completed within 30 days. It was unbelievable.
